I can’t lie, I’m seriously pleased with this ring!
The hunt was on for the perfect stone – it had to be cushion cut and cornflower blue and not too big or too small. And of course it needed to be ethically sourced. I found lots of lovely stones that had one or two of the required features – the right colour but the wrong shape, or the right shape but the wrong size – and so I was close to giving up hope of the perfect combination when the wonderful Fairtrade Gemstones came through with this beautiful stone!
The sapphire is bezel set in recycled 9ct white gold on a dainty narrow band. I have flush set two tiny diamonds either side and given the whole ring a striking brushed finish.
It’s no understatement to say that I would be very happy to source another stone like this if you would like a similar ring! Please contact me to discuss.
